With an in-depth history, lifestyle evaluation, and microscopic imaging, we are able to address the main causes to your concerns. We then offer holistic solutions that work within your current lifestyle while still achieving your goals to make these results life long!

Policies
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment AND not rescheduled will need to settle a $25 fee before making another appointment. A no-show will need to settle a $50 fee before making a future appointment
Refund Policy: All sales are final, on both services and products. All services provided by Root Alchemist are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, payment is considered final. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. All sales of products are final as well. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Environment Policy: Although I love hearing about your friends and family, I ask you do not bring anyone to your appointment that is not getting a service done.

Adjustment Policy: I take pride in my work, but ultimately want you to be happy with your hair. If you are having any troubles with your color or cut please let me know within 7 days of your appointment. I will happily correct or adjust the issue at no charge. Sometimes you may want to try something very new and decide after it was not the right look for you. These situations would not be applicable for a complimentary adjustment.
